hArt: Hampshire Art for Recreation and Therapy
hArt is a New Forest-based charity, established in 2014, which aims to improve the health and well-being of people of all ages and abilities through participation in the creative arts. They are able to provide tailor-made projects and workshops for individuals and groups with specific challenges as well as offering sociable and recreational activities in a safe and non-judgmental environment. hArt‘s projects are led by fully qualified Art Psychotherapists, arts facilitators and teachers, supported by experienced volunteers.
The website has been evolving during the first year that the charity has been establishing itself, and will continue to do so. Pages and content will be adapted to present hArt to the world, with regular updates and improvements in presentation and accessibility.
